Google Docs

While sitting in shop one day our teacher had brought up a new thing that Google was doing which was called Google Docs. Our class has used it a couple of times to share information or input on a project. Personally I like Google Docs because it is so much easier than sending an e-mail and waiting for the person to get the e-mail and respond. Also you can talk to more than one person at a time unlike e-mails. Google Docs also allows you to change the document right then and there and everyone gets to revise it also. So when we do our projects in shop and two people need something or while you're at home, you and your group members need to talk just log into Google Docs and all of you can talk and share information. It a lot of the times makes working on projects easier. One of the group members Timmy used Google Docs while doing a group project for BPA and he shared the information with other people in the group quick and simple no hassle. This is just one way of communicating with technology, and it is a great way to communicate while in a group.
