Jobs for Renewing America
This article was about how now that the economy is starting to recover there are going to be more job opportunities. These are mainly in Education, Health Care, and Infrastructure. There are going to be more and more teachers needed in the future so that means more jobs. In Health Care there are going to be more jobs now that coverage has expanded. Now that people have to have insurance that will mean a lot more people will be needed for the increased demand. America's Infrastructure is falling apart. It hasn't been fixed in decades and is in need of a serious overhaul. Other nations put ours to shame. People are going to be needed to perform this overhaul. We need to get high speed rails and smart power grids. Overall I thought this was a pretty good and informative article. It gave me an idea of what the job market of the near future will look like.

This article keeps me hopeful for the future because I worry sometimes that I will be poor and living in a cardboard box on the side of the road.
How will this growth affect us as students that are not yet into a full time work force?
Do you personally believe that the economy will start to recover and have a lot more jobs to offer?
YAY 2018!!! I agree with you that this is very informative and it is good to know what the future is going to be like.
So will we stop send everything to China to be built if our people get smarter?
Very nice, do you agree with all the percentages?
I would acknowledge this article if it weren't for the fact the Illuminati's changing the US by 2012 with the New World Order.
I think that it is hilarious that not many people can find a job now, but within years there will be so many jobs available.
Hey Matt - your post sort of backs up what Mr. Williams was talking to us about the other day. An educated workforce will shape our future, for sure. Nice prezi. :)
You did a good job. I didn't know that all of those fields were going to have a growth and I feel it is something to look into when searching for a career. Good presentation. I liked the prezi.
I'm excited that in 2018 there is going to be a lot oh jobs. You also had a good presentation!
That's great that the job's are going to grow in the year of 2018. It seemed more that the education and the health were the number one jobs that are going to be popular. great prezi :]
I guess all I can really say is that I hope that more jobs will appear in the near future, cause too many of us are stuck in the tall weeds, and many people are dealing with rough times. I don't want any more people suffering like this under the hand of fate.
Great presentation. You really engaged everything forever. Would you recommend an education for JUST the people that are entering those fields?
How long do they think it will take for the Infrastructure to get back to where it was before the economy crashed?
This presentation was very inspirational and gives hope to all the unemployed people in America!(:
I'm excited for 2018!! very interesting presentation!
Brittany - I see what you're saying but when you think about it - Although there are a lot of different people who can't find work, it's worse for the uneducated workforce to find work.
Get an education and it'll open up some doors. It might not be your total ticket in, but it's a step in the right direction.
This is my answers post

Well, the workforce will continue to be growing until you get a job. At least that is what these predictions would suggest. This should make it easier to find jobs once you enter the workforce.
Do you personally believe that the economy will start to recover and have a lot more jobs to offer?
I think it will. The economy is already showing signs of recovery, it has been said that we are already out of the recession, and I think Obama can get it done.
So will we stop send everything to China to be built if our people get smarter?
I think there will still be many manufacturing jobs being sent to China and low-income nations but there should be quite a few in America. These will be jobs that can’t be done by an uneducated workforce. Although, China does have better performing students so it is likely that many of those jobs could go there as well. I’m not really sure at the moment.
Very nice, do you agree with all the percentages?
Yeah, I suppose so. They seem realistic and I don’t really have any information to the contrary.

I guess so. Fancy book learnins ain’t be not good for da not bein imployedetudes.

It didn’t say but infrastructure was awful even before the collapse. The roads, highways, and bridges have been crumbling for decades.
